Manhattan
If we are unavailable to help we will be happy to provide names of providers who may be able to. Please be mindful that special events and rush hour traffic patterns may be limiting factors at times.
When scheduling an appointment - we provide a 2 hour arrival window and can be more specific on the day. We send you an ETA via Text message when we are heading over to you (20-30 mins out). Please let us know ASAP if your pet is experiencing labored breathing or a similar crisis - as we may be able to rearrange our schedule to accommodate you.
Queens
We service parts of the borough of Queens - LIC, Astoria, Elmhurst, Sunnyside, parts of Maspeth and Ridgewood and Woodside.

We service a large part of the borough of Brooklyn - mainly north and mid Brooklyn but are unable to services parts of South Brooklyn. We may be able to give you the name of another provider if we are unavailable.
